Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Currently, the strings sent to the translators are translatable only from the String Translation menu item. This means that the strings can be translated using only the standard String Translation interface.

1. https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/#translating-strings
2. https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/

Please send a feature request for this: https://wpml.org/suggest-a-new-feature-for-wpml/
So our developers will consider this in future updates and this will be a cool feature though.

However, for any links in the text, you can translate them using the Advanced translation editor
=>https://wpml.org/announcements/2020/02/translating-links-with-advanced-translation-editor/

Regards,
Riffaz.
