Tell us what you are trying to do?

- I'm using WPML to translate my website to Arabic as 2nd language.

- Not having comments and products in both languages is upsetting, but i'm accepting this.

- I'm using Dokan Multivendor Plugin, and it has customer ticket support.

- Customers sending tickets from En domain => vendor receiving in both English and Arabic domain. (Showing in Arabic domain but doesn't show comments)

- Customers sending tickets from Ar domain => vendor receiving it in Arabic domain only.

- I want either showing all in both + comments like normal websites. Or, if not possible, then I want to stop tickets from En to be shown in Ar please.

I know it is WPML issue and not Dokan issue, and I believe the solution is in Translation Management > Multilingual Content Setup page, but idk which of the settings to change from "Translatable - use translation if available or fallback to default language" To "Translatable - only show translated items"

Please provide the best solution available.

Note : I wish both languages share same database for all Products, Comments, Images, etc, idk why it's not possible.

Hello, thank you for contact us. I will try to do my best to help you.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok for you.

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Hello again, I see that you are using Awesome Support plugin as the ticketing system. I would need a detailed explanation of how to reproduce the issue. You can indicate me how to create a Vendor, how to create a support ticket and so on. Then, I can see what's happening and how could we solve it.

No sir, Awesome Support has no problem, they use 1 single database, it's irrelevant to my issue.

My issue is in the Seller Support Tickets,

All English Tickets Show in Arabic site with no Comment, and All Comments made in English tickets in Arabic side will disappear and only appear in English Site.

I want it to be Like 2nd language (Arabic) where tickets only show in Arabic site and Comments only in Arabic tickets in Arabic site, just like 2 separate websites. (because i know wpml don't merge comments, sadly).

Hello, many thanks for the video and the explanation. That's very useful. Let me try to reproduce in a clean install, this can be a compatibility problem between Dokan plugin and WPML. If so, I'll escalate the ticket to our Compatibility team and they will contact the plugin author to work together.
