grazie aspetto vostre istruzioni

Using string traslation almost always works, but there are a few times while doing the translation of the string that appears on the site from which it depends? I have attached some pictures of the translations made, but there is no evidence that the site remains the original language untranslated.
thanks expect your instructions

Thanks for posting here in English.

Are those strings coming from your theme?
It is hard for me to tell from the screenshots that you have attached.
If they are coming from the theme, please go to WPML -> Theme and plugins localization and at the top under 'Select how to translate strings in the theme and plugins' select 'Translate the theme and plugins using WPML's String Translation' and save.
Please see attached screenshot use-st.jpg
Check the front-end to see if the strings are translated now.
Remember to refresh the page in the front-end after changing the settings.

Please let me know if the above solution works for you.
