I have used WPML succesfully on our website.

However the only thing that doesn't work are the (english) string translations of our check out form. I have tried everything. Other string translations work fine. Can you please take a look?

This issue is very important to us now. I hope you can help me as quickly as possible.

Thank you.

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

I would like to ask you to follow this steps:
- Go to WPML -> String Translation -> Search for the string -> Select it and delete it by using the button at the end of the table.
- Go to WPML -> Theme and plugins localization -> In "Localization options" select the first option -> Save the changes -> Scan the plugin where this strings belongs to.
- Go to WPML -> String Translation -> Search and translate the string again (Please make sure you translate to all of the languages and check the 'Translation is completed' option).

Could you tell me the results of the steps above?

Kind regards,
