Tell us what you are trying to do?
I already add editor to translator

Is there any documentation that you are following?
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/editor-role-cant-edit-translations/

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello,

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Please make sure that all users who are allowed to use the translation editor have a valid first and last name in the WordPress profile.

If the problem still persists afterward, please let me know.

Kind regards
Andreas

Hello,

Please go to WPML > Settings and check if you see a banner on top of the page, that indicates that WPML has been migrated.

The translation editor will not work until this banner has been filled out.ç

In case you do not see any migration banner, then please make sure that WPML is registered or try to register WPML again. This also would need to be done, if the site changed the server or domain.

Go to https://wpml.org/account/sites/ and delete the registered site URL. Then register it again in order to obtain a new Site Key. Click on "Show key" and copy it.

Paste the key at Plugins > Add new > Commercial (Tab) in order to register WPML. Possibly you might need to unregister WPML here first.

Here is explained in detail how to register WPML:
https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/

If this will still not solve the issue, please let me know and I will enable the private reply form, so that you can provide me access to the site.

Best regards
Andreas

Hello,

My apologies for the inconvenience.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better for a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “All In One WP Migration” on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

IMPORTANT

Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

The steps are also shown in this video: hidden link

Best regards
Andreas

Hello,

I believe that I misunderstood the issue.

I thought that the translation editor did not open.

Do you mean that the translator can not see available jobs on WPML > Translations?

If so, please take note that the translator will only see jobs, that were created after the translator existed.
Also, the translator should only see jobs for language pairs that he has assigned.

Please update our plugins to the latest versions and test again.

Best regards
Andreas

Yes! I mean that the translator can not use WPML to translate。
I already update WPML plugins to the latest versions and test again but still doesn't work.

Here are by steps:
1 step-> I create a user and the role is editor
2 step-> After that I add the editor to WPML translator.
3 step-> I create a new post in "最新消息"
4 step-> After finish the post and press "+" to translate it shows "很抱歉,目前的登入身分沒有存取這個頁面的權限。"

Hello,

Only admin accounts can access translations on pages or posts directly.

If I test with the latest version of WordPress, incl. Gutenberg any user who is not an admin will not see any translation options on pages or posts.

In your case, this might be the case, as you use the Classic Editor Plugin.

The Editor should access the translation at WPML > Translations.

In order to do that, an admin needs to make sure to such translation for the editor's language pairs is available.

Could you please verify if this works?
