Hi,
The Elementor maintenance mode is not working when WPML Multilingual CMS is activated.
It looks like the issue is well known but some support ticket mentioned that the issue is closed with an update. I am using WPML 4.2.2 and i still have the issue

Is there anything i can do to get the Elementor maintenance mode working?

Thank you for contacting us. Please, my sincere apologies for the delay in answering. I was able to replicate the problem you are reporting.

To ensure that this plugin is made fully compatible with WPML we need to contact the plugin author and work with him on resolving the issue.

I have forwarded the details to our Themes & Plugins Compatibility Team and they will contact the author. Our Compatibility Team will work with the author of the plugin for this to work properly.

Please note that this process may take a while as it depends on how soon the author will reply to our efforts to contact him.

Hi Marc,

At the moment 2nd tier support has already verified the problem, and managed to replicate it, but at the moment we do not have a workaround for this.

When 2nd tier support provides some workaround or some patch to fix the problem, I'll contact you.

Hi,

Unfortunately, I do not have a deadline when this is going to be fixed. Basically, I referred to the 2nd tier support that was able to replicate the problem.

Now it is necessary to wait for our developers so they can check what is going on and how this is going to be fixed. For this reason, I could not determine a deadline.

workaround for this:

- Click on the WPML > Languages > Browser language redirect, make sure the option is disabled and click on the Save button
- On the "SEO Options", make sure the "Display alternative languages in the HEAD section." option is disabled and click on the Save button
