This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are working on a site using Elementor and WPML and want to know if changes made to the design in the main language will automatically be copied to the translated pages. You've noticed that the translated pages remain in the old design.
Solution:
When you change the design in the default language, you need to manually update the translation using the WPML translation editor to ensure that the new design is copied to the translated pages.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

1) When you change the design in the default language, you would need to update the translation using the WPML translation editor to copy that design to the translated page.

2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read a detailed explanation about it here. (http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support)
The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured.

Best regards,
Osama
