Hi there,

I am trying to export translations as xliff files but it doesn't work the way it should. I have already created a support ticket, but they advise me to start a new ticket. You can find more information here. https://wpml.org/forums/topic/xliff-file-export-doesnt-work/

Hi,

from what I see the problem in your previous ticket is that FTP credentials didn't work for Shekhar. They don't work for me either, so please check them.

You can continue here or in your previous ticket, but you should solve this first, because we need to apply a fix on the database and we need to be sure we can reinstall a backup in case something goes wrong.
