Hello there,

The ftp details still can't write to the directory means it's not possible to upload files to the root folder, could you please contact with the hosting provider and ask if it's possible to use ftp to upload files?

Screen sharing session is not supported as per our support policy so the only way is to use either forum support or chat support. If you wish you can create chat support and report this issue, one of our chat supporters will be available there.

In the meantime, I can still see the ftp details is not working, probably it has some country restriction? I am from Nepal. If you can fix this ftp details than I think it will be easy for us to fix the issue, so could you please check if there are any IP restrictions for Nepal?
