I am trying to synchronize my translators with the Advanced Translator Editor

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: I expect the Advanced Translation Editor to work properly.

Instead, I got this error: Error: Api error missing resource: Website not found, please validate site identifier

Hello,

if possible please run the following SQL script and share with me a screenshot of your results

SELECT * FROM wp_options WHERE option_name LIKE '%WPML_SITE_ID%'

NOTE : change 'wp_options' according to your site's prefix (unless you are using wp_ as the prefix )

If possible i would like to take a closer look at the backend as the global id and ate id differ and this is causing this issue

**Before we proceed I recommend to please take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website.**
I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose See: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to fix the issue.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Thank you,
Bobby

Hello Bobby,

Thank you for providing solution.
Can you tell me what you have done for this?
So in the future, I will not bother you for the same.

Thanks!

If you experience a similar issue in the future you can try the following

1. go to users=>review user profiles and make sure all users are assigned an email

2. go to your database and run the following SQL

SELECT * FROM wp_options WHERE option_name LIKE '%WPML_SITE_ID%'

copy the values you will get and save them somewhere safe (ex. notepad )

compare them and see if they match , if they do not continue to step 3, if they match and you are still experiencing this issue please contact us

3. copy the global value into the ate value

4. go back to the settings page and refresh

NOTE: before making any changes please make sure to always have a backup in place
