Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am receiving an error message on my site.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
WPML needs to update your connection to ICanLocalize, but could not complete the change.

Please contact WPML support and give them the following debug information:

Failed step: token
WPML_TM_ICL20_Migrate_Remote::get_token - 404: Not Found

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hi There,

Have you used the translation service before by any chance ?

If possible i will need to take a closer look at your backend as we will need to patch a field within the WPML database table to manually fix this error message

**Before we proceed I recommend to please take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website.**
I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose See: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to fix the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

NOTE: it is important to verify that you have taken a backup.
