I am trying to:
Import a csv to update the stock information. System gives error message "Invalid or duplicate SKU"

but without success.

Hi,

Welcome to the WPML support team.

Can you try some additional steps to try to solve the issue? Please perform these operations in the given order. As usual in this kind of operations, make sure you have a full backup of your site before executing them:

Go to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting.

Look for 'Clean up' and click the following:
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Set language information

Then, go to Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > Tools, then run the “Delete orphaned variations” tool.

I have also noticed that most of WPML plugins are not active in your site. Could you share the steps you are doing to import Woocommerce Products?

Hi Oscar,

yes, some WPML Plugins are not active, bacause they breake down the site completly (WPML String Translation)
Something goes very wrong on that page since the beginning. (See older issues)
I sill cant find the root of the problem.
Also I can not update the WPML Plugins anymore. I am lost ...
Maybe you can have a look? You may see something what I oversee.

I change the URL of the copy. Now its hidden link
Access data stays the same.

I'm sorry you are experiencing these problems.

Regarding the WPML activation problem, please, open a new ticket in case. Dealing with one issue in each ticket is an effective way to solve problems in this forum. Thank you.

Regarding the issue in this ticket: is it possible that you used the built-in product CSV importer? Please, notice that Woocommerce is not part of the WPML bundle. I'm afraid that giving support to other products that are not WPML software is out of the scope of this forum.
