Maybe you hosting can do a recent checkup (try to download a plugin from the commercial tab first as soon as you ask your hosting about this and try a few times afterwards, since, as i mentioned, the IP's are dynamic and constantly change.

You can test this right now by going to plugins > add new > Commercial and by trying to download a plugin from the list. it will probably return the same error and will allow your hosting to test.

Nevermind. I tried the new key and is was gone. However I did not get to see the gear icon to move to production. How is that possible?

Hi there! from what you write, it seems that your key is already in production, that's why the banner is not there and why you can't see the icon to switch from dev to production on your WPML.org account.

Let me know what your server says about the info that we provided. and could you download a plugin successfully from the commercial tab? it's essential that you try that right before you ask your hosting, and give them the hour when you did it too so they can check on their logs and find out what's happening.

I'm changing the status so the ticket is not closed, however, you can test by just downloading a new plugin from the commercial tab and the result will be the same 🙂

But, you're welcome to wait until our next update as well.
