Problem: Hi when i active the plugin, in front end and back end i have this error:

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

I would like to ask you to follow this steps in order to isolate the cause of the issue:
- Back up your site first before making any change, this is for security reasons.
- Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML.
- Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Seventeen.
- If the issue is gone, activate one by one to see with which one there is an interaction issue.

Could you tell me the result of this steps?

Hi Carlos I did this:
- Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML. I have active only: WooCommerce, WooCommerce Multilingual, WPML Multilingual CMS, WPML String Translation, WPML Translation Management
- Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Seventeen. (Twenty Nineteen)

Now if I navigate into first language (italiano), is all OK, but if I navigate into english version, if I try to see the single product the error is showed:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/bikeinside.cc/public/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/classes/translations/class-wpml-translations.php on line 43

If i disable WooCommerce Multilingual plugin the single product is showed correctly.

In this case I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Before we continue I need to ask you to update Woocommerce to its latest version and the outdated theme too.

Please double check if the issue persists after the steps above.

Today I updated the WooCommerce Multilingual (now is 4.6.2) too, but the issue persists after the steps above.

Hi Carlos,
i removed from my DB all items resulted from this query:
SELECT * FROM `wp_postmeta` WHERE `meta_key` = '_thumbnail_id' AND `meta_value` = '0'

I tried to apply the patch, but into the code i did't find what you wrote, perhaps why I uploaded new plugin release.

Anyway the issue persists.

I applied several tests to the migrated site and I can see that there is an error in the database. I'm consulting our specialists about this issue.
