I am trying to: activate the installed plugins.
When I activate one it is working but when I activate the second then i become an error and then i am not able to go into the managing system to delete via wordpress the plugin and have to delete it via ftp because nothing works anymore

This is very broad.

What is the error you are seeing?
Could you please show a screenshot?

And, does your hosting plan fulfill the requirements? https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/
If you disable all other plugins and install then activate the plugin, do you see the same issue?

What is the error message you see if you enable the WP Debug? https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/
