Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue with custom roles in the backend of my WordPress site using WPML. Specifically, for the custom role 'Gestionnaire' (Manager), certain post types are not functioning correctly. The permissions do not unlock translations as expected, and in the backend list view, the links to post titles in every post type still point to the default edit screen instead of the translated context. This issue occurs only when we are in the secondary language admin list of posts from a post type. We can access a single post by logging in as an admin user, copying the link, then logging in as a 'gestionnaire' user and pasting the link in the URL panel of the browser.

Symptoms:
Error: You don't have the rights to translate from Anglais to Francais. The custom role cannot access the translated versions of these post types, even though permissions should allow it.

Questions:
How can I resolve the issue so that the custom role can properly manage translations for all post types?
