Hello there!

1) How can I translate the ALL of the portfolio-categories to ALLE?

2) How can I translate the copyright text in the footer ? The german text is in the theme options.

3) How can I make out of Deutsch in Main Menu > DE ?
(I disabled with css the current language)

--> Do I need loco translate for all that?

4) There is an error showing up when I want set the initial language for media. See screenshots!

Thank you for contacting us. About your first question, it depends on how those strings are added. You may be able to translate this string using String Translation.

Have you tried fetching this string using String Translation? Also, how is this string being added? Is this some feature of your theme or some plugin you are using?

On your other issues, may I kindly ask you please to open a new ticket for your new question? According to our guidelines, only one issue per topic is allowed. Also, this will also help other users with similar problems find solutions when searching the forum.

I tried it with string translation, but I cannot find the strings... That is why I asked the next question. Maybe that is related to it. Do you want the login?

Hi,

Thank you for the information. When I try to access your FTP this message is displayed:

Status:	Connecting to sftp.****.de...
Response:	fzSftp started, protocol_version=8
Command:	open "*****@sftp.****.de" 22
Error:	ssh_init: Name or service not known
Error:	Could not connect to server
Status:	Waiting to retry...

The error message is either the host is incorrect or the port may be incorrect. Please, could you check?

Also, I tried to use Duplicator, but the package is not created. It gets processed but it does not end.

Sorry sorry sorry. The hostname is: ssh.strato.de. I tested it and it is working.

As I said, I do work with updraft. I do not work with duplicator. It is installed but deactivated.
If you want to work with duplicator, you can activate it in the WP-Backend and deactivate updraft!
