Thank you! BUT this I already know it! The authors of these plugins said that the problem is from WPML but I can't show this because these 2 plugins are from the theme and the theme creator respons this :

I can't close this BECAUSE the theme creator said that is your problem. OPEN until SOLVED! I had 15 licenses of your product in my customers and I wait a solution!
