[Resolved] Existing pages are already translated but trying to charge full transaction
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where changes made to an English page, specifically adding a new h1 tag and an icon, are not being reflected in the translated versions without incurring additional full translation charges.
Solution:
We identified that the main issue stems from the site not being connected to the Translation Memory before making these changes. To resolve this, we recommend connecting your sites to the Translation Memory to ensure translation consistency and avoid similar issues in the future. For detailed instructions on how to connect your sites, please refer to our guide on Automatic Translation Subscription for Multiple Sites.
Additionally, it's important to ensure that during migrations or site copies, the sites are correctly connected to the Translation Memory. This step is crucial for maintaining translation consistency across different environments.
As a one-time gesture, we have deposited 300,000 credits into your account to assist with the translations.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at WPML Support Forum.

Thank you for the updates. The translation icons on WPML Translation Management are changed in the latest version of WPML (4.7.2) - hidden link
The automatic translation and overall translation workflow are easier in the latest version. So please upgrade to the latest version of WPML (4.7.2) after a full site backup on your live site. May you have to visit Plugins>>Add New>>Commercial tab and click on the *Check for updates* button to get the WPML automatic upgrade links of the latest version. This step will help us refresh the installer caches.
As per your screenshots few of the post's translations are pending for review now, so please review and publish them. Also, complete the post translations that are in progress.

This site is LIVE can we at least get the licence sorted today?
Also I am wasting so much time on this and it seems WPML is the big problem I have decided to proceed with content creation ( no going back to old site ) and I hope you can resolve quickly it must be easy to simply set your databases to match the OLD live site it all pages have already been translated
Look at the old live site and status of all pages they are all ticked as completed
Still never received any credits for this hassle
