I am trying to:
I have three languages in my site and is going to translate them into another languages offline . Is there anyway for me to export my existing contents (E.g in English) in XML format, let the translator translate the contents, then import the XML back as another language?

I believe you need to use XLIFF plugin. You can download it from:
=> wpml.org => Account => Downloads
