Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support!

I've checked that thread and according to it:

""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
Solution: Taxonomies should already be present in the site where you are importing content, otherwise, they can't be Imported separately.

Relevant Documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-all-import-plugin-website-import-with-wpml/#importing-posts-with-taxonomies.
""""""""""""""""""""""""""""

Therefore, may I suggest something in those lines?

Let me know if there's anything else I can help with related to your initial query.

Maybe I didn't explain properly my problem.
I'm trying to migrate taxonomies which translations are already linked to in the original website.
I'm able to export terms by language easely, but I can't find any option in order to link them during the import.
I tried to import taxonomy terms separately for both languages, then import posts that were properly linked by WPML translation ID. I hoped this would link the terms too, but it didn't.
So I suppose I have to do it manually or by DB query.

Or... Do you have any other suggestions?

Hi,

So I suppose I have to do it manually or by DB query.

Depending on the amount of posts that need to be linked, perhaps going through either of these ways would be a faster solution due to amount of time required to emulate issues like this one and providing possible fixes.

I guess that these instructions didn't help either?
