I am trying to: see the dashboard

Instead, I got:

You can either run the query showing in the errata linked above or manually do it

to manually do it you would go to your Database -> wp_options table-> search for wpml_notices -> select and DELETE.

NOTE : make sure to create a backup before making any changes in the Database.

additionally if you would like me to perform this for you do let me know and i can enable the private field to share with me the access to the backend.
