Hi there,

I will continue helping with your issue.

The latest version of WPML can be downloaded from your WPML account,

Please follow the steps to manually update the plugin

- download the latest version of WPML from;

- disable WPML Multilingual CMS

- delete WPML Multilingual CMS (the settings and the translations are saved in the database so they will not be deleted);

- upload the freshly downloaded WPML plugin from Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → Activate WPML;

Alternatively, you can directly upload the plugin to wp-content/plugin folder using FTP.

Let me know if that help solves your issue.

Kind Regards
