I am trying to: After update String Translations

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: in Backoffice

I expected to see: When i try edit any post/page/portfolio

Instead, I got: Blank page "The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."

If deactivate String Translations, it fix the problem.

See the attachment, please.

Thank you.

Thank you for contacting us. Please, follow the steps below:

- Click on the Dashboard > Update;
- Click on the "Check Again" button

Following these steps, does the problem persist? If so, I'll need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site - preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible - in order to be of better help.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Note:

*** Please let me know exactly what steps should I follow to see the problem.

*** Please, can I install the Duplicator plugin (or All in One Migration) to make a copy of your site and install it on my test environment? This will help me debug the problem.

*** Note: Please make a full backup of your site.

Hello,

Inside the wp-content/languages directory, I removed the "pt_PT-1bba9045bb07c89671c88a3f328548e8.json" file that is experiencing this error. When resaving one of the posts and its translations no error message was displayed.

Note, probably that JSON file has been corrupted. That's why this problem was happening. Could you please check if your site is now working properly?

Thank you.
