Hello!
I bought your product in its most expensive version. After testing on your site on my site, I received an email with the assurance that it is WPML-compliant. I had to uninstall WPML. Now I have a problem with reinstalling WPML Multilingual CMS. When the plug-in is enabled, the entire installation section is blocked. After a quick consultation with your specialist, I did the necessary, but the problem remains. I would like if it is possible to interfere more seriously with you in order to cope with the problem!

Hi @georgebo,

Just a little report on my issue: after multiple tests, i'm quite convinced there's a conflict between WPML 3.9.4+ and Beaver Builder 2.1.3+ when using nested columns in BB.
Surprising it could triggers such errors on frontend (server memory exceeding, 500 error), but who knows?
It's under study at BB support, i'll let you know.

@emmanuels-7 If you have details on how this can be reproduced, I suggest that you open a new ticket as I am unable to do that.

@sergioo our compatibility team is on the case.
It looks like conflict with the autoloader for the classes.

I've been restoring the site since yesterday because it turned out that a lot of information is missing in many sections. I did as you advised me by deleting the old copy and installing the new one. Again gives me a mistake. I have raised the memory of 512M. Again I'm in the starting position !!

On April 27, we bought your product for $ 195. After testing on our site ..... you confirmed that it is compatible with your plugin. We did not have the opportunity to use it right away, but a month ago we installed it, and since then we have a problem that even your team has not resolved so far (this can be seen from the correspondence). @marinm-2 I am not sure what issues are you experiencing, but this ticket is not the place where I can help you, as the error from here is resolved in the latest versions of WPML and not happening anymore.
If you wish, you can open a new ticket in our forum, or follow up with your current ticket that you have opened and that I have provided you link in my previous reply.

Please make sure that you have updated your plugins to the latest version and check if you have completed the translation manager and the translators setup procedure by going to WPML > Translation Management.
If this does not help, then most probably you have something wrong in your database and it will need further debugging and a copy of your database so that we can investigate more in-depth. Please open a new ticket.
