Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue.

In the past, similar issues have happened because MBString PHP extension was disabled in the client sites. So please check MBString PHP extension is enabled in your site, that is needed for using WPML String Translation and Translation Management plugins. You have to contact your hosting support to install and enable MBString PHP module on your server. Please check the following links for more details.

To help you faster, I've enabled debug information for this support ticket. Please see this link for how to get this information from your site and give it to us: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

We just enabled the PHP MBString extension but we still get the same error. Now I've been able to give you the debug information. I attach the image of the error. Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for the details. Maybe you are getting the following error because of the compatibility conflict with the child theme.

Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: Unable to send file 'Salki-translation-job-242-261.zip'. Output buffer contains the following text

We had a similar ticket in the past. Please check this URL - https://wpml.org/forums/topic/xliff-export-fails-unable-to-send-file/

Therefore please try the solution recommended in the following thread after site backup and make sure the issue is happening or not.
