I am trying to: Upload a plugin for the WPML

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: See Attachment

Instead, I got:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function icl_get_string_id() in /home4/addictionco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/classes/url-handling/class-wpml-endpoints-support.php on line 107

Not able to back up site because it'll backup the error as well.

To help you faster, I've enabled debug information for this support ticket. Please see this link for how to get this information from your site and give it to us:

Further, download the latest versions of WPML Multilingual CMS 4.2.7.1 at https://wpml.org/downloads.

Deactivate and delete all WPML plugins. Do not worry, this process will not affect your translations and settings stored in the database.

Add WPML Mulitlingual CMS 4.2.7.1 again.

Then go to Plugins -> Install -> Commercial and download the add-ons. Also, select the "Enable After Download" button at the bottom of the plug-in selector.

Please let me know if the issue has been resolved.

I am not able to access the plugins page period. So any directions asking me to go through the WordPress dashboard cannot be done because this screen keeps popping up no matter what page I go to. My site was fine up until I uploaded this program...

Login to your cPanel/FTP

go to wp-content/plugin/ and delete the WPML plugins.
Then follow the steps I suggested.

I also can't access Admin dashboard at all

I do not see that plugin in the folder. This is what's in the plugins folder in the FTP settings.

Wait, nevermind. Found the correct folder with the items in there. I was able to remove that fatal error screen to redownload the plugins! Thank you!

I will now continue with the steps you listed for me previously. I will let you know how that goes.
