@nadia-kk the commercial tab with the custom installer would disappear when you disable WPML.

If you had access to the admin pages it is not obvious you have the same error as being discussed here.

You have installed the OTGS installer plugin: if you activate it, you will be able to access the commercial tab of the Add New plugins page as described above. Or click the register/registered link to take you to the same page.

From there you can update and activate the WPML plugins you need. In the context of the error discussed here, make sure that String Translation is at least at version 3.2.3
