Better still I can clone the site for as I previously wanted.

I have never in the years been asked to built a new site by your support. It defeats the purpose of debugging the issue.

I installed Theme and tried to set up Woocommerce and Wpml and it didn't work. If you like you can continue.

Hello

I noticed you added a product under the category albums in my Live site. It destroyed all my Album Composite Products, so I deleted it. I have offered you numerous times to create a Live duplicate of my site to play around with. It has fallen on deaf ears. Please do not play around with my Live site anymore.

I am happy to clone another Staging Live site for you if needed.

I am perplexed why this support actually is causing me the stress and not the actual fact the Price Filter is not working in other languages.

The unnecessary energy wasted here is incredible. In fairness to you it also appears to be the fact WPML has modified their server capabilities. I received the following information from another support ticket;

"It is true that we used to able to migrate sites to our server, but due to capacity limitations it is not possible at the moment."

Also the fact you did discuss the migration problems with Itamar.
and the response was;

"The site the migrated has been deleted and he does not remember how it was done.", is a disappointment. What is actually means is; " Leave me alone, I am not interested".

It appears something is wrong with the direction management at WPML are taking in regard to support.

It is possible you will have enough to work with on the sandbox site, I was partly able to set up for you.

I do thank you for trying at least.

We suspect this could be an incompatible issue.
so if you can create it in a fresh installation we can confirm and find the cause very easily rather than spending time on long replies and trying to migrate a site which is prevented by some security settings and some optimization settings.

we tried:
1. updraft
2. duplicator
3. cloudways.

all fails. I do no think it is possible to duplicate these kind sites with all the plugins, optimizations and security settings.

I am happy to clone another Staging Live site for you if needed.
- please do that with no plugins and A2 optimization.
- so we can spend time on actually troubleshooting it.

I uploaded the Theme and only one plugin required for the Theme already in the last link you sent. Why are you not using that?

Somehow, still we need your site /wp-content/ at least.
I do not find any file in your site via FTP : hidden link

Could you please send your:
1. wp-content folder
2. database dump

in a zip file ?
