1. Only the WPML plugins and the WooCommerce core plugin are active. This will help us determine if there is a conflict with another plugin.
2. The theme is set to a WordPress default, such as Twenty Twenty. This will help us identify if the issue is related to your current theme.
Additionally, please install hidden link. This plugin will record all outgoing emails.
If possible, I recommend testing by making a few purchases using the products where the email language was incorrect. Make sure to place the test orders in the English language.
For faster testing, you can temporarily disable all payment gateways in WooCommerce, leaving only the **Check Payments** option enabled.
