[Resolved] Footer part not translated even though I applied the translation in the targeted language
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is unable to translate the footer and the container in the footer of their website using WPML, despite applying the translation from the back-office. The footer was added through Thim Elementor templates and implemented via a widget using a shortcode. The client also mentioned a button that allows choosing the language for displaying the footer. Solution: We recommended creating separate footers for each language using the Thim Elementor templates and invoking these templates via the shortcode specific to each language. For example, adding the shortcode
[thim_ekit id="15565"]
to display the footer in French only. This approach should resolve the issue of the footer not appearing translated when switching languages.

We highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I'm currently translating my website in different languages using WPML. I manage to translate every part of my website except for the footer part and the container in the footer. I applied the translation from the back-office, but it doesn't show up when I select the language.
Symptoms:
The footer part and the container in the footer are not translated even though the translation was applied.
Questions:
Could you please provide me guidance on translating the footer part?
Why doesn't the translation show up when I select the language?
Unfortunately, I don't really know how to implement it as the same way as the Thim Elementor kit as I directly bought a template and it was already this way.
It seems like there is a template inside the Thim Elementor kit that is created.
I created this template with the simplest functionalities, but I don't know how to implement this footer (template) after inside a page.

To troubleshoot this problem, I'll install the Duplicator plugin and generate packages for further debugging purposes. I'll ensure to exclude all media files to maintain a minimal package size.

We are unable to determine how these footers are being retrieved on the frontend. Moreover, they don’t appear to be added as Footers within the Thim Elementor Templates (see my screenshot).
What if you create them using "Add New Template", assign them as footers, remove the ones currently in use, and then proceed with the translation?
This approach should work, as it does on the sandbox site.
I tried to make the modifications as you said, but it still didn't worked.
I added a Footer through Thim Elementor templates.
I also just figured out that the footer part was implemented through a widget, using the shortcode of the template into this part of the website.
There is a button that allows me to choose in which language to choose to display the footer. Does this have to do with something ? Should I create 5 different footers and choose for every language ?
