Dear WPML-Team

I'm so exited that even all texts of WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin seem to be translated automatically - thanks for this great work (like everything else in WPML)!

The only thing remaining is to translate the footer of the invoice (where I write "thanks for shopping... etc. etc.) - please see the attached JPG.

Can you please let me know how to translate the footer of invoices? I could not find it in the "String Translation".

Dear Riffaz

Thanks for your kind answer.

I went to WPML string translation -> Translate texts in admin screens. I even found the relevant string and ticked the checkboxes. I could save this and got the message "Data saved" (please see the screenhots).

But the string does not appear in WPML string translation. Strange is, that the tick(s) I set and saved before are not there when I go again to "translate texts in admin screens".

It looks like the ticks are not persistent 🙁

What could be wrong?

Please increase your WP Memory Limit to 256MB as your hosting allows to use upto 256MB

Add this near the top of wp-config.php file (after the php opening tag) to increase WP memory:

/** Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

Increase the MaxInputVars to 10000.
For this please contact your hosting support.

Increase your timelimit to 120 if you can
for this as well, you have to contact your hosting support.

Then check the issue.
