I am trying to:
Keep font styles intact for French

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link if you toggle between EN and FR

I expected to see:
Same styles applied

Instead, I got:
Previous styles as if French is caching an older version of the stylesheet.

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I have tried to login to your site but it’s keep asking me for ‘Access Code’ which I don’t know.

It seems you are using Avada theme, In this theme you can translate theme options by switching different language using the Language Switcher in the top of the WP Admin panel. Please make sure same font styles are selected also in other language. If you want to apply same styling on both languages then select ‘All Language’ options from wp admin language switcher then save theme options.

Once you've selected ‘All Languages’ option from the dropdown, the theme options for all the languages will be replaced by the default language you have set in WPML options. Once you make changes to any theme option, that change will be applied on all WPML languages.

Here is doc for more details:

Thank you

Thanks, Noman, that explained just about everything. To view the site, you can use password: 3940

The only issues I'm having are:

1. There doesn't seem to be a way to have an English Main Menu and French Main Menu; if I toggled between languages in WP admin, changes in the English Main Menu will cancel out what I've done in the French Main Menu and vice versa. The reason I'm doing this is that the WP Menus Sync option seems to use the translated page title as the nav item. All that I really need to have happen here is translate 'Delivery' to 'Livraison' and 'Information nutritionnelle' to 'Nutrition' in the main menu.

2. Similar to above, no matter which language I'm in, if I change the titles of each of the four menus in Appearance > Widgets, they display in the last language that I saved out the widget changes in.
