Hi WPML Supports,

I created a language for my website and I created a Gallery field of ACF plugin for Woo products. However, images from this Gallery field do not display in other languages.

I have checked the links of the images in the second language, but I am not available.

Please help me 🙁

Welcome to WPML support forum.

WPML Media is the add-on that allows WPML to translate media attachments in your WordPress site.

For start, could you please check if:
- WPML Media plugin is correctly installed and activated.
- Go to WPML-> Settings -> Media Translation.
- WPML Media settings are enabled correctly.

- For old content, check that following options are check and press Start button. This would create link to images for other languages for previous contents.
X Translate existing media in all languages
X Duplicate existing media for translated content
X Duplicate the featured images for translated content

- For new content, please check that following options are check:
How to handle media for new content:
X When uploading media to the Media library, make it available in all languages
X Duplicate media attachments for translations
X Duplicate featured images for translations

- When you are translating your pages, could you please check that "Duplicate uploaded media to translations" and "Duplicate featured image to translations" are selected?

Thanks for your reply. My website has installed the same options as your instructions. However, images in the second language are still not displayed. Can you help me?

Oh, it seems that you may be experiencing a different situation, Truong.

However, this forum is intended for how to questions. It seems that the issue that you are experiencing is beyond that and it is more a technical problem, maybe a compatibility issue.

We committed with the site developer that this forum is only for that and we won't mess his development. So, could you please contact your developer (license owner) and ask him to open a ticket in the technical forum.
