This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: The user upgraded from Multilingual Blog to Multilingual CMS and he still could not install Multilingual CMS plugins, and WPML alerted the user that the key has expired. Solution: The user was registering a new key for (Multilingual CMS) with the wrong URL, he did not use www. in the registration. Relevant Documentation: https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/

For Harmonyhorse-hastbutik.se Please do it for me. I am not a programmer and do not understand. None of the two sites is working and it has been days. On the relationsbaseradridkonst.se site it didn´t help to make a new key. Please help. I don´t know why it is so difficult to work.

Hello,

I have already activated and configured WooCommerce on this website, but that information (address, currency, etc...) needs an update in WooCommerce->Settings.

This is an important step before activating WooCommerce Multilingual.

For now, you won't be able to install WooCommerce Multilingual, because the website is registered with a "Multilingual Blog". You will need to unregister this key and register a new one on your account.

Then you will have to install WPML String Translation and WPML Translation Management as they both are required for WooCommerce Multilingual.

I installed the plugins on hidden link after I had upgraded the WPML above blog option. So why do I need to reinstall new key? The plugins a registered and it doesnt say any error. Can you please help. I come nowhere here.

Please specify what website you talk about. It is hidden link that has a wooCommerce shop. The other one should not!

On harmonyhorse I have inactivated the plugins. What should I do?

As this site is not a store, please ignore my suggestion about installing WooCommerce.

This website is not registered with a valid Multilingual CMS key. Keys are bound to website URL.
If you add www. to your website URL or you switcher from HTTP to https(for example), you will need to register a new key. Your current key is a valid Multilingual Blog key, it will allow you to update WPML Multilingual CMS and WPML Media Translation automatically, but it won't let you install WPML String Translation and WPML Translation Management.

Please note that I already have created a new key twize and the plugins says t is not valid. I had the exact same problem when I purchased the blog version. I tried several times with a new key and it didn¨t work so the support fixed it. Thats why I contact you. It has been many days now and I can not solve this problem. It is a really difficult plugin with errors everytime.

I understand the frustration you may have. WPML is a complex software and it may have side effects.

I checked our keys database and there is a key for "hidden link". Please note that your website URL is "hidden link" as you can see in the attached image. You will have to register another key with this URL.

If you still find troubles registering the new key, please install WPML and let me try my self.

Yes I have tried that but it says still that the key is invalid. So now you have to fix it. I gave you admin acsess. I have removed the plugns and installed them again before so i can not fix this.

I have been able to register the site without issues. I had to unregister it because I am not allowed to give you a registration key, you need to create one from your account page.

I also checked our database and I see that you have now registered yesterday a key with the correct URL. Please use that key to register.

If you encounter any errors, please record a video so I can escalate it to our system team for further analysis from our part. I often use loom or screencastify for that.
