This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that WPML was not translating the titles of Getwid Toggle elements on their privacy policy page, although similar toggles on another page were translating correctly.
Solution:
1. We first suggested scanning the Getwid plugin for translatable strings via WPML → Theme and plugins localization and then clicking the Scan selected plugins for strings button. This step was to ensure all translatable texts within the Getwid plugin were registered.
2. After the initial scan did not resolve the issue, we proceeded to check if the strings were already registered but needed direct translation. We advised the client to go to WPML → String Translation and search for the untranslated toggle titles.
3. When these steps did not resolve the issue, we registered the Gutenberg block showing the Getwid Toggle element following the guide at https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/make-custom-gutenberg-blocks-translatable/. This action corrected the translation display.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also advise checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hi João,
Thank you very much for sharing the information requested

I have registered the Gutenberg block that shows the Getwid Toggle element as described in this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/make-custom-gutenberg-blocks-translatable/ and now you can see the content correctly translated.

I left the Multilingual Tools plugin installed and deactivated, just in case you need to register another Gutenberg block.
