Hello, Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue. Does it happen with multiple Arabic words or only this one? Hope you are following this documentation - https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/how-to-create-and-manage-glossary-entries/ Please create a new post with the word(the one having conflict) and open the post for translation in Advanced Translation Editor, then make sure the issue is existing or not. -- Bigul |

the issue is replicated with all Arabic words in the glossary. however, If I used English word in the same Arabic post and make a glossary for that English word to be translated to Arabic word, then it works. Example in the screenshot |

Hello, We have made improvements in the translation workflow of ATE and almost getting the expected results now. The glossary terms will be added automatically to the translations once we are using the *Translate Everything* mode of WPML>>Settings>>Translation Mode or while bulk translating the posts from WPML>>Translation Management>>Auotmatic Translation. While using *Translate Some* mode we have to insert the term translation from the Glossary for the first time, and also we have to select the *Use with automatic translation* option while adding a new term to the glossary. From next time onwards it will be added from the translation memory. For example, in a test post, I have added the following text. لا يوجد حد أعلى للخصم باستخدام الكوبون من رزقك شوب It was showing as the following in Advanced Translation Editor, because of the translation memory. There is no upper limit for discounting using the coupon from رزقك شوب Then I inserted the translation for the term *رزقك شوب* from Glossary. After that, while using the following text for another post, it translated automatically. لا يوجد حد أعلى للخصم باستخدام الكوبون من رزقك شوب Please check the attached images for more details and let us know your feedback. -- Bigul |

Dear Bigul, I have used both translations modes and it didn't work at all. With *translate some* mode I inserted the glossary term while using the ATE for one post but it was not automatically translated when I made another post with the same glossary term. |

After that, it work as expected when I add the same texts in the following post.
