Languages: English (English ) Portuguese (Brazil) (Português )

Timezone: America/Sao_Paulo (GMT-03:00)

Thank you for contacting us.

That seems to be a known problem, but at the moment we do not have a fix nor a workaround.

One of our clients created a workaround and he said it works:

Could you check if the above workaround works for you? Please, note that our developers are aware of this issue and this will be fixed in a future release.

If the problem persists, please as a test, could you disable all non-WPML plugins (keep the Gravity Forms and Gravity Forms Multilingual), switch to the default theme and see if the problem persists?

If the problem is fixed, please, enable the plugins one by one to see if there is any compatibility problem between these plugins.

Thank you.
