we are using gravity forms as the ordering process and woocommerce for just the checkout part. In gravity forms I had to translate the Value of the Labels because we are using valueso we can send it the items selected to the cart for checkout. when I did that and im checking in the Spanish version of our site the conditions that I set up for a NEXT button to appear do not work because the value is different. how can this be fixed so i can use the condition and it not affect the Spanish version.

Thank you for contacting WPML support. I'll be happy to help you with this.

Usually, conditional fields have Label and Value, so if you want to show the conditional fields on both translation languages you need to translate label only and set the value as not translated, if you translate the value, the conditional fields don't work. So, go to Strings Translation and uncheck "Translation is complete " checkbox for the conditional fields values if translated. With these settings, does the condition work correctly on the translated version?

As stated I'm using the value to push the information to the cart. So I cannot remove the translation because its important to build the cart items in English and in Spanish.

As of right now the only way to allow conditional forms is to mark the values as untranslated. I suppose a work around would be have two separate gravity forms, one for each translation? Not sure if that is suitable for you or not.

Otherwise , please reference these similar tickets with explanation on keeping the value as "untranslated":
