Hi,

Gravity forms plugin installed but not working and there is also issue showing for woocommerce multilingual ( please check attached picture ).

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. Regarding your questions, here are the details:

1 - Gravity Forms Multilingual

The message is stating the Gravity Forms plugin is not installed/activated in your WordPress installation, please, check the following:

1.1 - You have the core Gravity Forms plugin installed and activated in your WordPress Dashboard > Plugins settings.

1.2 - If you see it listed, then try to deactivate/activate it again and let me know if the Gravity Forms Multilingual message disappears.

2 -WooCommerce Multilingual

2.1 - Go to your WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Status > Troubleshooting you should be able to see a new field underneath the 'Sync variables products' section that refers to the product_type and fixes this issue.

2.2 - If you don't see any option to fix the issue using the above instructions, then go to your theme files and if there's a wpml-config.xml file for your theme, you should be above to see some lines like this:

<taxonomy translate="1″>product_type</taxonomy>

Delete it and you should be done.

IMPORTANT: Please, note, a backup is required for security reasons and to avoid any data loss, you can use the https://wordpress.org/plugins/backupwordpress/ plugin for these backup needs.
