Hi,

I am creating a new issue as the previous one seems to have been closed,

I created a form using Gravity Forms, and translated it into two languages using WPML.

My Website has three languages : French (original) English and Spanish. I followed the exact same procedure for translating English and Spanish :

- translating via basket
- applying
- saving and close
- pasting form shortcake on the page

Though, my translation works on Spanish version :
- hidden link

But not on English version :
hidden link

That displays French fields,

Is there something I can do ? The only lead I have would be unsificient space on server, but my English translations were saved, consequently I would have to believe there were saved.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting WPML support.

1.- Could you provide the steps to reproduce the issue?

2.- I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

3.- Please provide the debug information of the site. In this link you will find the steps to follow: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Kind regards,
Carlos

Hi,
Thank you very much for the information provided.

I'm suspecting that the cause of this issue might be related to an outdated functionality. To rule out this possibility I kindly ask you to follow this steps:
- Make a full backup of the site for security reasons.
- Contact your hosting provider and ask them to upgrade the PHP version (above version 7 will be perfect).
- Update the WordPress core and the outdated plugins.
- Flush any cache memory that might exists.

If the issue persists re-translate the form following the usual steps.

Could you tell me the result of the steps above?
Regards,
Carlos
