This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The H2 and H4 headings appear differently in English compared to Dutch on your website. Solution: We recommend applying the same styling settings for each language using the Avada Theme Options. Here's how you can do it: 1. Navigate to Avada → Options. 2. Use the admin language switcher to switch to English. 3. Apply the same styling changes, for example, under Typography. 4. Save the settings. This process ensures that the styling remains consistent across all languages.

I attempted to compare the content, but I was unable to do so because the page you provided does not appear to be translated. Could you please translate it so I can properly review the issue?
Also, have you made any custom styling changes? Are you using the default theme styling?
Looks like when I am logged in, the english version is there. When I am logged out, the english version is not there. See the screenshot. The testpage is translated to english...
I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site—preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible—in order to be of better help. When you log in to leave your next reply, you will find the needed fields below the comment area. The information you will enter is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it.
From what I can see, you have configured the heading styles in the Avada Theme Options. With Avada, changes made in the Theme Options need to be applied separately for each language.
For example:
1. Go to Avada → Options
2. Use the admin language switcher to switch to English
3. Apply the same styling changes (e.g., under Typography)
4. Save the settings
This ensures that the styling is consistent across all languages.
