Hi

Client says that US customer could not order product.
'has been removed from your cart because it can no longer be purchased. Please contact us if you need assistance.'

So i tested. When i go in Dutch all ok. When i go in English can't order.
Also it's related to some products.

Went to staging site. Update all plugins, Went back to storefront theme. And disabled only woo and wpml plugins.
Finally it start working when is disable the plugin 'WPML woocommerce'.

I made a copy of the product and than its working.
Because the client told me they had it before, and the issue was gone after (re)saving the product.

So i guess there is some conflict with the product and the plugin.

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve these issues.

Please try the following steps on your staging site after a backup and make sure you are getting the expected result or not.

1) Clear all types of caches
2) Visit WPML>>Languages>>Language filtering for AJAX operations
3) Choose *Store a language cookie to support language filtering for AJAX* option and save the changes
4) Visit Woocommerce>>Woocommerce Multilingual>>Status
5) Click on *Troubleshooting* link and sync the products

Hello,

Thank you for the feedback. We have released a new version of WPML(4.2) and WooCommerce Multilingual(4.4) yesterday evening. It has the fix for similar issues. So please upgrade to the latest version of the plugins after a full site backup and make sure the issue is existing or not.

Please check the changelog of WooCommerce Multilingual for more details.

Hi Bigul,

I updated all but the issue is still there.
When i re-save the product it's gone.
But i have 15K products. And i cant find out which one needs to be re-saved.

I found out that in the wpml woocomerce plugin overview. The products with a refresh icon are the one's with the issue.

Te products with the '+' icon are good.

How can we fix this?

FYI i use products to also show when not translated. So maybe a general setting wil fix this?

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. The product with refresh icons means we have to update the translation of those products.

Please try the following steps after a full site backup and let me know your feedback.

1) Upgrade to the latest version of the WPML(4.2.1) and WooCommerce Multilingual(4.4.1). We have released the new version just now
2) Then check the issue is existing or not
3) If you are still having the issue, please visit WPML>>Settings
4) Scroll down to *Post Types Translation* section
5) Choose *Translatable - only show translated items* option for the Product post type
6) Then make sure the issue is persisting or not

something wrong with WPML plugin update? Don't have the option to update. There is anew version but mine keeps standing on 3.9.4?

WooCommerce Multilingual is ingeschakeld maar werkt niet. Het is niet compatibel met de versies van WPML vóór 4.0.0.
WooCommerce Multilingual is ingeschakeld maar werkt niet. Het is niet compatibel met versies van WPML Translation Management vóór 2.6.

Hi i tested it without the update:

5) Choose *Translatable - only show translated items* option for the Product post type

This is not what i need?!
I need to run my shop without translated option. We do not have major translations.

Please help me with a proper option to get rid of these strange update notices what affects on a huge amount of my products.
I also don't understand where this update notice is coming from?
Why can't we do a bulk change on these items?

And why is it asking for an update of the language? While there is no duplication made?

I don't work with duplicates.
Just the option to show prods even when not translated.
And this was working perfect but now i have a huge amount of failing products when going to the checkout. Browsing, searching and adding all ok, only the checkout fails.

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. Please try the following steps after a full site backup and make sure you can upgrade to the latest version or not.

1) Visit plugins list
2) Click on the *Registered* link of WPML core plugin
3) Click *Check for updates* button of plugin commercial page
4) Visit plugins list again
5) Make sure you can upgrade to the latest version or not

Please check the attached images for more details.

If you are still having the issue, please share me a couple of screenshots for a better understanding of the issue.
