Hi, I'm just deseperate...I tried so many time to translate the website and I couldn't do it. After checking some others previous tickets (like this one : https://wpml.org/forums/topic/i-have-several-translation-issues/ ) and looking for a help, I'm asking you know if you could help me to translate the website, because the plugin isn't seem working.

Impossible to switch languages. impossible to switch languages with the widget in the footer or in the main menu... I checked every piece of document.

I have a bug like double widget of WPML, even I disable the left one or the middle one...

Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

Take note that the WPML Language switcher will only show a language selection if there is an existing translation available for the content.

I can see you are using the WPML Langauge switcher as Widget in the footer. Did you besides activate the footer language switcher?

Please verify the language switcher options at WPML -> Languages.

For investigating further about the issue it would be very helpful if you could provide access to your site.

Hi,

Yes I activated the switcher in the footer but there isn't seems to change the language. Same when I activated the switcher in a widget, putting in the footer, having the same issue..

Yes it would help me a lot.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:
