Tell us what you are trying to do?

I want to translate content using I guess it is called the "classic" editor. I just want a new blank page I can set my translated content freely (of course, I want the category, featured image to be copied from the original language). I have set up "Classic Translation Editor" for new translations as well as for "translations previously created using Classic Translation Editor". (Please see attached "settings").

Then, when I click to add a translation, I get a translation page where I have to define translations by "block" lets say. I have the original content on the left, and the translated content on the right. I am not sure it ny translators would like to have the screen divided on two columns. Please see attached image (translator).

Is it possible to just have a blank new page, where we can paste the translated content?

Is there any documentation that you are following?
Nope

Is there a similar example that we can see?
Nope

What is the link to your site?
It is a local development site

Hi Gabriel,

WPML provides two translation editors (Classic and Advanced Translation Editors), both of them show the original content and the translations divided into two columns. Please check the following docs for more details:

- https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/

To have a blank page where you can create the translation with the WordPress editor, you can use the manual translation method. Please follow this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/#how-to-use-manual-translation

Kind regards,
Mohamed
