Hello,

I use wpml for my site hidden link , i succeed to translate all my page but not the home page of my website, and when i am in this page, i can't go in other side english.

I think my college was in my session wordpress and changed something but i don't know what?
Can you help me?

Hello,

When you go to your pages -> Home page is there a translation for the home page ?

If not then please translate or duplicate the page..

Are you receiving an error when trying to translate/duplicate the page?

Also check in the trash in case the page was deleted by somebody

I succeed to duplicate all the page, but i thing my page accueil is not charged.

1)I will explain when i am in home, and i am in my menu, and i am in accueil, i can't go in english traduction i don't know why.

2) But when i am in another page like a propos, i can be in translate in english. all my website can be in english.

When i want to translate my page accueil in english, in me website its still in french i dont no why.

You were using The WPML translation editor.

When using the Translation Editor you need to make sure that the green bar in the bottom is at 100% translation.

Once it went to 100% then it saves fully.

Also if you are looking to change the name from Accueil to Home then you need to do this within Appearance->Menus->Select your Main Menu and translate it from French to English. (you can use Synchronize menus)

its ok i delete all the page and the shop works;

bUT I just want to know how to put the the menu in english and french together like before.

You have to go to WP->Appearance->Menus and from there make sure you add these pages to the English menu.

I have done it already for you.

To add the language switcher to the menu you go to WPML->Languages->Add menu language switcher.

I have also added this for you too. If you want to remove it just click on the "trash " icon and it will remove it.

You had added the language switcher to the "main menu" but you are using the menu named "mobile navigation"

As i have mentioned in this thread prior , it is our support policy to keep each ticket to one issue.

The issue regarding the product, i did take a closer look at it and it will require additional troubleshooting which i would be glad to do but please open a new ticket as our support policy states and i will help you there.

Hello,

If possible can you please try now , as we were maintaining the site and this might have caused the problem.

At the meantime i will test your products on my local enviroment to see why there is a redirection.

Is this happening with all products ? or just the one i have test so far ?

Let me know once you have created the ticket so i can take it.
