Hi. I need to make changes to my automatic translation payments. I am trying to do this by going to WPML → Translation Management and clicking the Translation Tools tab. But the page is completely blank, nothing shows, including payment and settings. How can I fix this? How can I buy more credits for automatic translations?

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Welcome back.

No worries whatsoever. I was able to log in successfully.

The error that shows in the javascript browser console is known by our developers already.

Can you please try to see if the solution recommended here works for you?

I checked the code on your website from the "/wpml-translation-management/classes/ATE/proxies/Widget.php" file (as mentioned in the URL that I shared with you: https://wpml.org/errata/wpml-translation-managements-translation-tools-is-empty/) and the code was not containing the modification recommended in the errata document.

I updated it for you and now "WPML > Translation Management > Translation Tools" loads up correctly.

I will also attach some screenshots for you so that you can see what I did.
