Hi Natan,

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

It's really difficult to say anything without checking the site.
Then only we can guess/find that specific string comes from where.

if you mean some texts above the menu by " text on top", that comes from widget or theme options, normally.
In that case, you can check the string by filtering like this : hidden link

Before proceeding that please scan for strings in WPML > Theme and Plugins localization > string in the themes as well: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/theme-localization/#scanning-themes-for-texts

To translate the contact form please refer:
1. If contact form 7 : https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/using-contact-form-7-with-wpml/
2. if Ninja form : hidden link

Let me know if you need anything else regarding this.
If you want to ask something else regarding this translation please mention your site as well.

Regards,
Riffaz.

Hi Natan,

Your them is "The7" and it is compatible with WPML.
You can check it here: https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/

The all necessary steps and sections are here: https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/creating-multilingual-sites-using-the7-theme-and-wpml/

The slider you have on the home page is a revolution slider.
Here are the steps to translate a revolution slider, please refer: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/creating-multilingual-sliders-with-revolution-slider-and-wpml/

I think The7 contact form strings are part of the theme.
So please scan the theme first before proceeding to translate:
- Go to WPML > Theme and plugins localization
- Click "Scan the theme for strings" button
- Go to WPML > String Translation
- Search for the string and translate it.
- Search for contact form strings with these names (Name , E-mail , Telephone , Country , City , Company , Website , Message) individually
- filter the context as (theme the7mk2 (1231) ) to decrease search results
- Select exact match to decrease search results
- See the attached image.

Refer: hidden link

Let me know.

Hi,

In that case, please try to create two separate revolution sliders.
Use one for your primary language page and the other one for your second language page.
That will be easier.
