Hi there,

I am checking in with my team about this section as I am not able to see it either on my side.

Once there is feedback I will update you here.

Thank you for your patience as I confirmed with our accounts team.

Unfortunately this feature is only available for CMS and Agency subscriptions and not Lifetime accounts.

In order for the developer to open tickets using your account you would need to share the access credentials with them.

Fair but I log in with google SSO
I can't share my google credentials
What would you suggest?

The best way around this is to go to the WPML org account -> Personal details and password area and from there note the email, set a password (possibly one that you are OK with sharing) and update.

Once that is done, open a new incognito window and test.

Are you able to login with username/password?

Well that would be doable, yes
but when I disconnect google, it asks for my current password which I don't know 😉

No problem! Use the forgot password link instead:

https://wpml.org/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

Enter your account email and you'll get a reset link. Once you set a new password you can log in with email/password and share those credentials with your developer.

Our accounts team has reached out via email

When Google is connected, it needs to be disconnected first before username and password is available.
