Hello.

I will be helping you with this. Usually, the breadcrumbs are constructed from the title of the posts/pages that are traversed.

Can you please send me a link to a page/post where the breadcrumbs are not appearing translated as you expect?

I am not seeing any breadcrumbs on the main site and when I took a sample post the breadcrumbs were appearing in the language I expected.

Thanks for the clarification.

I see. OK - I can help you with this.

1. Please confirm that I am looking in the right place (see image).

2. Temporary access to your system
Could you please provide access to your system (wp-admin and ftp) so that I can further investigate this particular problem? Hello.

I´m sorry for the delay in responding to you.

It appears that these strings were not properly localised according to the WordPress codex. See here for more info on localisation:
https://codex.wordpress.org/I18n_for_WordPress_Developers

In this case, you should:

1. replace the following lines in your theme file: ./includes/core/template-tags.php (lines 11 - 18)
from this:

$text['home'] = 'Home'; // text for the 'Home' link
	$text['category'] = 'Archive by Category "%s"'; // text for a category page
$text['search'] = 'Search Results for "%s" Query'; // text for a search results page
	$text['tag'] = 'Posts Tagged "%s"'; // text for a tag page
$text['author'] = 'Articles Posted by %s'; // text for an author page
	$text['404'] = 'Error 404'; // text for the 404 page
	$text['page'] = 'Page %s'; // text 'Page N'
	$text['cpage'] = 'Comment Page %s'; // text 'Comment Page N'

to this:

$text['home'] = __('Home', 'newsx'); // text for the 'Home' link
	$text['category'] = __('Archive by Category "%s"','newsx'); // text for a category page
$text['search'] = __('Search Results for "%s" Query', 'newsx');; // text for a search results page
	$text['tag'] = __('Posts Tagged "%s"', 'newsx'); // text for a tag page
$text['author'] = __('Articles Posted by %s', 'newsx');// text for an author page
	$text['404'] = __('Error 404' , 'newsx'); // text for the 404 page
	$text['page'] = __('Page %s', 'newsx'); // text 'Page N'
	$text['cpage'] = __('Comment Page %s', 'newsx'); // text 'Comment Page N'

2. Once the file changes have been saved. You should then re-scan your theme to register these strings with the String Translation Table.
WPML -> Theme and plugins localisation -> Scan the theme for strings

3. Then translate these registered strings in the Strings Table
Go to: WPML -> String Translation
Select domain: newsx (see image)

I hope this resolves your issue.
